Come to Jesus

"Do you have Jesus?"

"Can you please get Jesus out of the bathroom?"

"I think you left Jesus in the nap room."

"If you spin Jesus like that his arms are going to fall off."

"Please don't drag Jesus on the floor."

"Jesus has a crusty spot on him. Did you spill ice cream?"

"Do you have Jesus? You know you can't sleep without him."

"I'm sorry you forgot Jesus, but we just don't have time to go back and get him."

I was worried about you for a minute until I got to the picture and the explanation!! That is so cute that Essie named her teddy bear Jesus!! I can't think of a time that i've ever heard of a child doing that before, but I love it!

Love the bear and Jesus. Thanks so much for your cyber hugs. Jacob has bear that was given to him the day he was born when he was 2 he named it Fudge. He still has him.

That is funny. I saw that you did a post and I thought, by the title, you had just come back from a revival! Very cute.

I still remember this story my friend told me. He was approached as a child in a grocery store by people asking if he had come to know Jesus. He was raised atheist. They said not to worry that Jesus was always inside of him. He had no idea who this Jesus person even was.

He woke up screaming in the middle of the night and said "Jesus is inside of me and he won't come out!"

Hee! I'm glad that Essie is so attached to Jesus!

(Coincidentally, as I read this post, I am listening to a song that I'm desperately trying to memorize as I'm supposed to be singing it in church this morning.... the chorus goes "Jesus, Jesus, Jesus! Every hour he'll give you power to go through!")

Cheers!

Isn't it great that Jesus goes everywhere with us! I love the "Get Jesus out of the bathroom" one - that's too funny!

I read a story about a teacher getting in big trouble when one of her students named his stuffed animal after a Mohammed I think it was.

Honestly this one makes me a bit uneasy. I don't think I'd let my child do that.

If I had been drinking something I would have spit it all over the monitor. That is the funniest thing I've heard lately.

I thought this was going to be a post about Sunday School, with a stuffed Jesus getting dragged around by unruly four-year olds. I love it!

At first it made me think of a prank phone call. Hilarious! My brother had a bear named Baranabas, which I thought was quite appropriate, but hey, there's no better friend than Jesus! Miss Essie is getting a great foundation here. :-)

ROFLMAO! This is even funnier than my oldest naming her Teddy Bear "White Baby". I'll tell that story on my blog tomorrow. I get all kinds of looks for THAT name, but I can't imagine what looks I would get for her naming it Jesus. How precious!
