It annoys the HECK out of me that the athletes don't sing the National Anthem when they've won gold.

Seriously... what's up with that?!
Most of the time you are in such a daze, or too verklempt to even get your mouth to work right. Besides, lots of the guys I've competed with, you don't want to hear them sing.
I think I'd be in too much awe to sing, honestly..and so afraid of crying!
I'm totally with you on this.
Love the picture of you and the girls.
I just love watching their proud faces as the anthem plays!
Me, too. It's shameful. It ought to be a requirement that they learn it :)
