Now I WAS going to make the Mr B questions wait, and finish the non-ones today, but since Friday is typical brag on your man day, I figured when better....
Dawn asked:
1. What is your favorite thing about Mr.B?
Oh wow... just one thing... I'm gonna go with his mind. There's a WHOLE lot going on up there.
2. What is his favorite thing about you?
I think probably my authenticity.
3. Does Mr. B have kids of his own?
Yes. 2 boys. Ernie is 9, and Bert is 6.
4. What does Mr. B think of your blog?
I think he likes it. I know he reads it once in a while, and will quite often suggest I blog about something (though sometimes I think that's his way of getting out of listening to my stories ;) )
5. When do you plan to have the girls meet Mr. B?
After everyones divorces are final.
6. Can you tell that all my questions are about Mr. B?
I do seem to be sensing a pattern.
Darling Debbie asked a good one:
How did you meet Mr. B?
I met Mr. B online. I knew I was going to be moving to the south, so I was looking at guys in the area. I saw his profile, but didn't contact him. He saw that I had viewed HIS profile and e-mailed me, apparently because he thought it was interesting that I described myself as a dork. He now says I'm nothing close to a dork. I disagree :) So he e-mailed me, I e-mailed back and.... the rest is history.
Lula, that little mix, asked:
"IF...no one would ever know, you wouldn't get a disease, you wouldn't make a baby, it wasn't a sin (if you're married, it's OK for this to happen, that is--in this scenario!), and God allowed it for one day...IF those were the conditions, with whom would you spend a night of passion?"
Now... I know you're all going to roll your eyes at me when I say this, but I mean it in ALL honesty - Mr. B. Really... Now if you MAKE me pick a famous person, then I'm gonna go with Patrick Dempsy.
Quirky asked a couple Mr. B questions:
1. How long have you been with Mr. B?
Since January 18th of this year.
2. Do you and Mr. B ever talk about getting married?
Yes, we do. We have some plans.....
Kathi asked some of the same questions covered above, but did add an extra:
Any funny/strange/weird dating stories???
Hmmm... gosh my dates with Mr B have been so wonderful... honestly, I'm sitting here and all I can think of are just all the incredibly sweet moments we've had together.... you can check out this post and this post for some good Mr. B tales...
Veggie Mom asked the question I figured I'd get...
Do you really have a hot tub, or is your blog title metaphorical?
Here's the hot tub story. I've been married before...Mr. B has been married before... we've both been around the block. We have talked about getting married, and our wedding night, and how to make it "special"... and what we came up with was having a private hot tub - which I know isn't that AMAZING but it something that will be special for us. Originally this blog was just a place where I was going to blog about he and I and my feelings and about our plans and such - thus... "the Journey to the Hot Tub.".....
So there, my pets, the MR. B questions.
Now, a couple of you asked Mr. B questions. Here's his answers:
Dawn asked what his favorite thing about me is.
Favorite Thing(s) about you.... Hmmm.... your openness to new
concepts, your faith (both religious and in others - although, I do
want to work with you on your faith in yourself), your Love (both as a
mother and a partner)
Sassy Stephanie asked what Mr. B has he done for me lately:
I made, from scratch, an item to bring you pleasure, I am offering my help to resolve a very pressing problem, I've found and sent you a gift that reminded me so much of you......But, most importantly....I have Loved, and continue to love, you with every fiber of my being.
Tomorrow I will finish up the rest of the non-Mr. B questions :)

Oh Lizzie how I love you.
But...
please tell me the names Bert and Ernie are a joke. I'm guessing that they are due to not being divorced yet. If they are there real names I feel like a big dodo.
All I can think is poor kids. And the song, yeah you know the song I'm talking about.
Rubby Ducky you're the one, you make bathtime so much fun. Rubby Ducky dada dada I don't remember the rest. It is just sad I remember any of it. Jacob loved Sesame Street. Glad those days are over. lol
LOL - Ernie & Bert ARE fictitious. They go nicely with Essie & Gert.
Cracking up here about the Hot Tub. I was going to do a post about my vacation Hot Tub story but not sure my parents and sister are up for it yet!! lol
But my SIL is wanting me to post something tonight so maybe I will!
Wow, I didn't realize how short of time you have been together. My husband and I have been together 5 years (married 3) and we think it feels like an eternity (probably not in the good sense, lol).
Still wondering whom I left my question for :(
Oh lots of love for that little pic/link that you added to your side bar :)
Wow, I have so many friends who have met their future spouses online. The success rate seems to be pretty high in my circle of friends.
Okay, I love the story about the title of your blog! You are such a neat person. Everything has an awesome story behind it.....the journey to the hot tub....hot tub lizzy...fuzzy ducks. What else???
I was just stopping by again to say thanks for stopping by my blog yesterday and to let you know the winner is up!
Awww Liz... I love hearing about all this love :)
Bert and Ernie lol. That is cute! I love you & Mr. B together and both of your answers are great!!! I think Walter likes my blog for that same reason - so i'll be quiet for a little bit!! And it works! Have a great weekend!!
Aw.
I love Mr. B.
And just so you know...I met Scott on the internet, over 10 years ago. We've been married ove 8 years now. It's a good thing. I'm not the least bit embarrassed!
First of all, I know, I know, I know I left you a question, but it's not in your comments!!! But anyway, you answered most of them about Mr. B.
I also met my boyfriend on the internet. We are both divorced and each have 2 kids. His are the same age as Mr. B and mine are around the same age as yours....scary! LOL! We've been together for almost a year and a half now and love each other immensely!
Thanks for answering all of our nosey questions :)
The two of you are so cute together. I've seen how happy he makes you and it makes ME happy to see it. I'm sure others have seen it as well.
CONGRATSS
*sniff sniff
I think I love Mr. B.
Mr B has two kids named Ernie and Bert? That's kinda cool. You don't meet many people name Ernie or Bert anymore and then of course there's the obvious reference to a popular children's show that we all grew up on.
Thanks for appeasing our curious minds!
And thanks for all of your sweet comments these past couple of days. I so appreciate them.
Gabe has recovered nicely from his rough morning. Amazing what a trip to Barnes & Nobles and some new Hot Wheels will do!
You sound like one lucky duck! :D
Mr. B is a keeper!!!!
My curiosity has been satisfied. Mr. B sounds wonderful.
Ah....great questions and great answers!!! You guys are lucky to have found one another....but I guess you already know that!
Have a great weekend!
Boy, Mr. B sounds like the Best!
Wow what a lot of Mr B. Questions!
After you commented on my blog to say you loved musicals, others came out of the woodwork! You're not alone, and thanks to you and the others for opening my eyes to the fun! I really want to see your choreographed songs with you daughters now!
Just catching up over here, you are just too funny. I can't stand it.
I just love this q&a posts, fun to read and fun to answer.
cute cute cute..I feel so in the know , now!
I'm so glad my bert'n'ernie question was answered right out of the gate. And tell me, seriously, that you never tormented poor young children with your Minnesota twisted version of the childhood classic game of Duck Duck Give me all your lunch money buck tooth ducky.
Wow! I wasn't expecting that.
But thanks for stopping by Missouri yesterday - and just so we're straight --- I'm kidding about the game thing.
Oh. And if someone would tell me how to get that evil word verification thing off my blog I'd do it. I can't stand those things!
OOO that was fun to read!
oh my stinkin heck girl. you crack me up with the comment over on my blog. Iyou should win just based on your creativity!! but it is a random drawing.
maybe i'll choose ytwo winners....hmmmm.
so, we are pretty sure that my husband is going to receive a job offer with a company out there and we may be moving to the Raleigh Durham area.......... is there Sonic there?
Thanks for the great laugh!!
Great questions, and even better answers! Thanks for clueing us in!
