And check out the "Deluxe" cake on that box--it's sky-high! How come my Duncan Hines cakes don't turn out like that?
They should have sent it in! You could have made millions.
And, for my fellow bakers...If your box cakes aren't rising that high it might be the temperature of your eggs. If you put your eggs in right out of the frig, it inhibits the active ingredients. Also, make sure you mix it for the appropriate time. That gets the juices flowing too:-)
You totally should have been in magazines! Look at that awesome bowl with the handle. I should drink my coffee out of that. Just pour the whole pot in and I'm set for the morning! (OK I really only drink two cups.)

How much of that batter actually made it into the cake pan and how much did you just eat straight out of the bowl?
ADORABLE!! We have a photo of The Boy holding a bar of Ivory Soap (in the package) when he was about a year old. It'd make the perfect ad...but the soap is upside-down!
