Heather over at Mindless Junque is talking flatulence today. It reminded me of an Essie story so I had to share...

In our house we call farts, "Barking Spiders".

The other night Essie was having a bit of an... intestinal issue (and while we're on the topic can someone please tell me why all 3 of us have experienced increased Spider Barking since moving to North Carolina???) At any rate, her spiders were barking and I was kind of laughing (don't worry, she was too) and finally she looks at me and says "I think these spiders need a muzzle"
