I'm sure I'll think of more to blog about... but this was just funny...
Gert is learning to read, and wants to read EVERYTHING. She had my recipe book after supper and was trying to sound out the titles. She was on pot roast. I could hear her sounding things out under her breath and then finally came out with it.
"POT ROT!"
LOL!!!!!! Oh yeah... that's what we'll be calling it around here from now on.

I love it! Today, Yaya FINALLY got that Sponge Bob Square Pants is a SQUARE! "Look MOMMY! Sponge BOB is A BIG SQUARE!" I laughed because he's been her favorite for over a year and today is the day the lightbulb went on above her head!
Also, love the song playing. Grow Old With Me. First time I've heard it. BEAUTIFUL!
I'm making Pot Rot tomorrow. It's a family favorite. :)
