Lil - last ALWAYS goes through.
Ryan is yapping at the contestants... Nate is NOT wearing a headband and turquoise jeans. Jorge's eyebrows are happy to be here... and they struggle. Felicia looks cute - I like her fringy hair. Ju'Not - awwww.. he had an asthma attack.
Ok - results. Ryan has Lil stand up (SHE'S WEARING PLAID!!!!!!!) OH surprise... she's in. I NEVER saw that coming. I'm shocked. Oh Lil... um... plaid is the best thing ever, but that particular...shirt? dress? skirt?... isn't doing wonders for your... hiney.
Dim the lights - Arianna, Taylor, Alex, Kendall and Scott are standing. One of them is going on. Scott DUH. Oh... and they all sat back down. I'm not sure I get that. Arianna is now re-standing... she regrets not being more contemporary. She is not in the final 12. Taylor isn't in. Alex is standing... and... not in. Kendall & Scott are now standing. Really... AI producers... trying to pull this off as dramatic is LAME... it's so obvious. The person going through is Scott. Hmm... they just showed his sister and she has REALLY thick glasses... hmm... some hereditary thing. Ryan brought him out to center stage and seems to be doing a good job of helping him get his bearings. Well done Ryan. Can I be honest? If this is the kind of performance Scott does everyweek, he won't be around long. I honestly think there were better performances last night.
Oh... Nathaniel & Kristen. No way did either of these two get in. HA - neither are in. I knew it.
Felicia & Von and now standing - no for both of them.
And we have Ju'Not and Jorge left - this is a toss up. Both could have big fan bases.... Ryan is telling the obvious. (One of you is going through to the top 12, and one of you, is not... DUH) The one going through is Jorge. He says stuff in Spanish. I heard Muchas Gracias... and... he's sitting down.. not singing. Hunh?
Ok... now it's Wild Card time. The judges have picked some people who have made impressions on them and... I'm confused....
See - this is what I get for doing this live... now i have to sit here and think about what Ryan meant and wonder yet again why I want a mattress designed by Vera Wang.
Ryan is recapping the top 9... and my only impression is that Jorge walks like a penguin.
OOO - the judges are picking, but I'm not sure what... - like picking teams. Randy goes first - and it's Von! Kara picks Jasmine Murry. Paula picks... Ricky Braddy. Ooo - I liked him. Simon picks.... Megan, the swisher. I really just can't deal with her.
Next pick... TATIANNA..... WHAT IN THE CRAP. She's crying and STUPID and waring horrible clothing.... and she won't shut up. American if you keep her I will NOT run for President. Next is Matt... who honestly I don't totally remember. And after him comes Jesse Langseth (from Minnesota!!)
Let me at this point say that all these people are up in the... loft?? Green room?? Whatever. And they have to come running down the stairs when their names are called. And were that me, I would SO trip and end up in a heap at Ryan's feet...

Apparently they are all singing tomorrow night and then we'll find out the results... um... I have no idea when.
SO I need to recap again tomorrow night. And I need to get the girls ready to go to their Dads... I'll do my best... just for you guys. Cause it's ALL love.

I don't watch the show, but I still wanted to say hi.
I screamed at the TV when Tatianna got back in - that was SO just a choice to stir up more drama. *huge eye roll* There were better singers who didn't get a callback, like Ju'not for example. Humph.
I'm just totally psyched that Anoop and Jesse got called back, and I liked Megan too. So, those are my three top choices for winning wild card slots.
I am totally confused on when/how they'll be picked - they sing live and then the judges pick? We vote? SO CONFUSED and it isn't right to be confused by AI because Wednesdays are my night to be confused by Lost, LOL!
I was SUPER excited that Jorge made it. I became a Jorge fan on Tuesday night. Yay Jorge!
Well...I didn't get to see the show since I had a fight with the hubby and decided to go upstairs and spend the evening reading about Anita Blake kick butt -- we all have our own way of dealing with arguments and I sometimes really love her way!! Anyway...Spazianna is back?!?! OMG!!!! You just know that vote for the worst is going to pick her for their poster girl. Geez Louise!!
You know I don't watch AI, but last night I turned on the television and caught the opening group song. It looked like a BAD impression of an overgrown People to People act!
I agree with your assessment once again -
I know I should be all 'vote for the blind guy' but he clearly doesn't have the best voice, and I don't think he should get a free ride for singing...you don't need vision to sing. I thought Von's performance was so much better. I know I am not being politically correct here, but oh well.
and Tatiana? seriously? that choice is for ratings and drama only. they want her to fail.

This made me laugh SO hard .. I was all, "What the crap is she wearing?"
and then it registered .. 'cause I've never seen her perform, only read your comments on her .. that it was crazy lady. And then I giggled, thinking about what you'd write in your recap.
