Update - Just called Wells Fargo - our realtor was wrong. We have 10 years to pay back the $5200 at 0% interest.... so... the sale should be going through.

Just got a phone call - Wells Fargo approved the short sale of our home.
Great, right.
Yeah... we just need to come up with $5200.
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HAH A
If I had $5200 the freakin house wouldn't BE in forclosure you asses. (sorry - bad word)

Ask the buyer or the real estate agent to ask the buyer to pay the cost!! The buyer should just bump his offer up that amount to pay for it. Just ask, Okay/ Ronda

I am so glad it's gone. But they shouldn't have sat on the first offer. And I can't believe they are making you pay closing costs. Really...that is just insane...even if you can spread it out over 10 years at no interest...
