Update #1 - I haven't heard from the realtor. She's apparently a tease. Ugh.
Update #1.a - Just heard from the realtor. We have an offer. We'll be sending it to the bank tomorrow. If they don't take it they are STUPID STUPID idiots and I'll be googling the phone number for the head cheese of WF.
Update #2 - The wedding dress. I talked to my sister, and we came up with a great idea. Either attempt to sell or Goodwill the dress, and keep the VEIL!!! MUCH easier to store!! And I can see one of the girls choosing to wear it.
WHICH reminds me of a Gert story.
When we were packing to move down here, I got rid of BUNCHES of stuff, and we took MANY trips to Goodwill. For some reason, Gert took to calling "Goodwill" "Big Will"... so one day I told the girls to go through their rooms and each find 5 things that they were willing to give up. Gert went to her room and came back out with one of her treasured baby dolls. I said "Gert, you don't have to give up your dolly." She said "Well, just in case Big Will has a sister!"

RIGHT ON !!! I Hope the Minnesota house sells for you. I just tried to sell my townhouse because I could move up into a huge HOUSE with more bedrooms and a backyard for my puppy.
