PRAYERS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
I just got an e-mail from our realtor in Minnesota. She's expecting an offer on our house tonight. Long story short, we are trying to do a short sale to keep from forclosure, so the bank has to approve the offer. The last time we got an offer they sat on their butts and let it go too long and the people withdrew their offer. So PLEASE PLEASE pray that the bank will accpet this stupid thing and we can just be done with that STUPID house!
