Mr. B and I went to the Sunrise Easter Service on Stone Mountain. It was our first "church" together. It was COLD!! These cute teenagers behind us were doing this penguin survival tactic. They would hudle around a group until that group got warm, then the outter group became the inner group. Cleaver. And then they made me laugh more. The only hymn we sang was "Christ the Lord is Risen Today"... now, anyone who knows that song probably knows that first line, and the Aaaaaallllllleeeeellllluuuuuuuiiiiiiiaaaaaa's. But the rest of the lines are a little fuzzy, especially as to placement. So these cute kids sang that first line with gusto and the Aleluia's and hummed VERY beautifullly for the rest of the song. It was a perfect way to great the Savior.
The ladies got all pretty for Easter.
And then quickly got over it.
Kat had a GINORMOUS egg hunt in her yard... holy easter eggs batman!! 776 of them... OFF THE HOOK. Here's Miss Gert with a bag-full already.

Yep. Pretty much.
I love the first picture to pieces!
Love the fighting pic! Haha!
That sunrise is amazing!
And that duck she's sleeping on is huge.
Whoa... and here I thought the 175 eggs we had was a lot!
Just how long did it take to find all those eggs?
Jeez!
I'm so glad to hear you had a great Easter with Kat and the fam (and Mr. B!).
The girls look adorable.
Happy Belated Easter!
The girl look beautiful...I think that is the most eggs I have evr heard of using! I bet the White House didn't use that many!!!
How wonderful! Sunrise at Stone Mountain! I am totally jealous of that. Mind you it would have been 17.8ºF here on top of that mountain at sunrise. But it sure got nice later!
What precious, precious girls--they look so happy! :-)
What fun pictures and memories :D I'm so glad you had such a joy filled time!
That's a couple of cuties that you have there, Lizzie :-)
WOW...that is a lot of eggs!! Must have taken Kat quite awhile to fill them all !!
I had enough problems with the couple of dozen that I stuffed with candy. The stupid things wouldn't click together and stay shut!
Filling 776 of those suckers, deserves a perserverence and bravery award of some sort!! :-)
776 eggs!! Tell me there were more than just your 4 girls searching! Go Kat. And I love Essie's skirt. Why can't I find something pretty like that for me?
That sounds like the coolest Easter service! How neat to have it outside early morning...
They look like precious little angels. Even when they are choking each other.
how adorable!
Your girls are so much fun!
What a fun Easter!!! I need to come hunt some eggs over at Kats. That sounds amazing!
Uhm... so that last post wasn't anonymous. That was me... but I accidently hit 'anonymous' before hitting post. Oh, well!
Ohmygoodness that's a lot of eggs!
I love those pictures! Especially the fighting one. =-)
Your girls are just adorable .. not that I have to tell you =-)
what a great Easter you had.
That is one big stuffed chicken!
I need to get off my duff and post about our Spring break and Easter. But then Madalyn's birthday is tomorrow. And I have to schedule a brain surgery in there somewhere :-)
Thanks for sharing these Superior Snaps. That's one thing I really miss about Easter...the Easter Egg Hunts! But we go next door and help the neighbor out now, so all's right with the world!
Ha! Love the first pic, talk about a peeps over dose!
Great pics of the girls! I love, love the top that Gert has on when she's hunting for eggs. Too cute!
776?! *faint*
and yeah...pretty much on that song. LOL
What a glorious sunrise! Your young ladies look so pretty in their Easter finery.
There is a sunrise service here in Denver every year at Red Rocks Amphitheater. It's so beautiful out there!
What a beautiful way to start out your Easter Sunday!
What a great Easter. I love Stone Mountain. I never did go to the service there. Glad you did. I know it was beautiful.

Typical fighting among kids. I have boys though. Love the colors on the egg.
