Here Comes B-O-R-E-D....

Work today was PAINFUL... Because my boss is gone this week I'm having to go to lunch an hour early, which means the afternoons are an hour longer and today I think it was 6 hours longer and... ugh... just.... BORING!!!!!!!! So, as I sat there this afternoon, I thought of all the things I would rather be doing.

How about you? What would you rather be doing?

I would be rather doing anything...really! I just need an actual vacation!
I am sorry work was so long for you today...it seems like I don't have enough time in my day...it flies so fast!

Well, levitating your wagon was probably easier than getting those pigs you've got harnessed in there to pull it.

:P

Those UPS trucks don't have an A/C and it's too darn hot in these parts, so that would definitely be out for me!

Don't know what I'd rather be doing but I did enjoy the entertainment of your boring day! :)

I hear UPS has good benefits.

First choice: Lake Louise

Last choice: Spam museum

Seriously?! There really is a Spam Museum?!

My Uncle does those Oregon trail reenactments. (He was just on a PBS special about it.) I think he honestly doesn't know what era he lives in. Funny stuff that guy. I should do a post on him.

LOOOOVE the wind blowing through your hair in the boat.

And I think I'd rather be in my bed reading a book right now. My kids have fought non-stop today. It's been glorious.

I'd rather be somewhere sunny with my man. Soaking in the sun. WithOUT the kiddos.
I'm such a good mum!

There is nothing I would rather be doing than sitting here. In my kitchen. With everyone else asleep. And catching up on my blogs :-)

What could possibly be in the Spam museum? Do people build stuff out of Spam? I gotta go google... oh and I love ya and I would rather be Camping which I will be in doing in 3 days. YAY!

Actually, I'm pretty happy with my life right now. Yippee! And I have to admit, I am not so sure I want to reenact the Oregan Trail thingy. Too long without a shower. :-)

Girl, you need to publish a book with your stick figure art; you are truly talented!

Driving a UPS truck would be fun! Everyone is usually so happy to see you, and you could pilfer the Pottery Barn stuff and say it just got lost or broken.

Just sayin'. Guess I'll never get hired now, huh?

Levitating a covered wagon. Now, that takes talent.

I would rather be on the beach at Kiawah Island, SC or leisurely strolling through the market shops in downtown Savannah or touring the Greek Islands on a belated honeymoon (which I never got because of this stupid upcoming deployment).

... and I would REALLY rather be picking large bills off the money tree in the back yard so I didn't have to work so hard and I would be able to spend all of my time with my kids & family.

I'm a go on pretty much every one of those. But I have to say, I've seen the largest ball of twine (or second largest depending on your source - in Kansas) and it's a quick thrill because once you've marveled at its size, you're four hours from anything. And that includes most signs of bipedal life.

haha... I love the drawings! That's what I call working productively! I would hate taking lunch early... I used to go at 2 (even though I had been starving since 11:30) just to make the afternoon seem shorter :)

I would rather be doing anything WARM. I'm freezing.

Can I just say how much I've bragged about your fabulous drawings to people who have no idea who you are?! I was so honored (and amused) to receive your drawings for our big trip in Nov. that I'm actually saving them for my scrapbook. You are so talented!
