Snow Babies

Apparently we here in "Hot"lanta are expecting a (quote from local news source) "Largest Snow Event in Years"... maybe even 5-7 inches on Sunday night/Monday morning.

I'm guessing the Ladies won't have school. Which is good because we don't have the attire required anymore for that kind of weather.

I'm a bit anxious to see how much we'll get... 3 to 6 inches is the last I heard.

During the snowstorm on Christmas Day (or any time it snows, really) I felt so bad for sending my kids out to play in it wearing nothing but sweats! Well, their jackets, scarves, hats, and gloves, too, of course. But no snow boots. No snow pants.

My poor babies.

Snow, snow, snow and more snow!! I love it, and it's about all we've seen here in Kentucky since Thanksgiving. It was nice having a white Christmas for the first time in several years except for my being a scrooge, lol.
I am sure the girls have groan like weeds since your move. They will love seeing the snow!

I am hoping it won't be as bad as they say...especially since down where I am they say we may get more ice than snow. Ice is so very scary!

I'm sure all of this snow is somehow my fault. And I'm sorry. I dislike it very much. I'm pretty sure when we were talking about Hotlanta last summer, y'all told me that it hardly ever snows here. And that was a definite selling factor. But really? First snow on Christmas since 1882 and now record breaking snow. Four words...I'm sorry. This sucks. ;)

Look at those adorable babies! We have been improvising with snow attire at my house. Seeing as how we've had more snow here in the last 3 weeks than in the last 10 years or so. Crazy, but I love it!
